Gift for grandkids! Perfect size!

I bought this scooter for my 10 year old sons birthday. It was great at first but the front wheel broke after a month. My son said he was trying to do a trick and it busted the wheel when he landed. This is supposed to be a trick scooter, so doing the simple tricks he does shouldnt have broken the scooter. It should be more sturdy than that!! I havent been able to figure out how to file a warranty claim either so Im a little frustrated. Update: I filed a warranty claim through the extended warranty I purchased and they gave me the information to contact the manufacturer. I sent pictures and they quickly ordered a replacement for the broken scooter. I am very pleased with the customer service I have received and my son is happy to be getting a new scooter.

I would like to know if there is a way to fix, the wheel connecting to the base above it. There appears to be a wire place falling down, and laying on top of the wheel. It does not matter if you tighten the bolts with the allen key. The section below that, is what is giving us a problem. Can you help?

My son picked this out for Christmas. Its very light but durable. Hes had several of the cheaper scooters and I wish we had purchased this one sooner. It rides so much smoother (and faster according to my son). Definitely worth the money!
