I am using this to connect my color scanner to my computer - as I need to be able to move this around to scan the printed sheets having the length of this cable is important, but also having the heavy duty protection that this cable has is also great as it can get pinched or abused - and I can tell this cable is very strong and will stand up to it. The quality of the cable seems very good and all the testing that I have done it has done well. I am expecting a long life out of this cable and appreciate the look of it much more than the beige cable it replaced.

With the addition of the FXAVA printer cable, I now have a dedicated line to each of my printers, and my scanner. The generous 10 foot length ensures I am not stretching the cable to reach far flung peripherals. For a very reasonable price point, I am no longer swapping cables, and moving gear around to stretch, and stress ,cables. Cable has thick braided protective covering. It is long, which gives me a lot more options when setting up my printer because I move it a lot. Last cable was only 3 feet, I didnt realize how much I needed this one. Works well with the printer have had zero issues with it. Recommend it if you need a longer printer cable.

My computer often has trouble connecting to my printer via WiFi, but having a longer cable meant I could keep my printer tucked away and just plug in my laptop the few times I need to print something. Win win!

So many cables…

Not sure why most printers still take these connections but they do. This cable works great for connecting my Canon laser printer to my laptop. Speeds are excellent albeit based on the slower usb 2.0 specification which is what most printers take anyway. The quality of the cable is excellent with thick cable and tight connections. If you are looking for a printer cable look no further. This is perfect for what it is advertised for.

HP Printers WIFI couldnt connect so had to use a USB connection.
