These were a Christmas gift for my nephew and he loves them. They have a good grip and easy to use.

Both models have identical interior rubber holders to keep joy con in place. Both have the same exact size SL and SR buttons. They are literally identical except for their finish. However, I strongly prefer the FastSnail (smooth matte) over the FYOUNG. Feels way more pleasant and satisfying to hold in your hand. The only drawback is the hike in price for a FastSnail pair. Red/blue is currently $13.99. Purple/orange is significantly more at $15.99 for the pair. FastSnail offers four packs but your color combinations are limited to their 4 options. Red+blue+purple+orange is not an option for example. When contacting FastSnail, I received just short unhelpful responses regarding my inquiry if they could make other 4-pack combinations available for purchase. In short, FYOUNG (shiny) is what I would buy for a child to play Nintendo, it just feels very Toys-R-Us to me. FastSnail (matte) has more of a adult feel which I would prefer to use myself.

Great accessory for most games.

Colours were a great match for my joy cons, which was my main concern. Feels WAY more comfortable playing Mario Kart with my brother in law now.

My son loved it! Playing 2 players with just the switch controllers, it was a little hard. It was fine for my son, but he always asks me or his daddy to play with him. Having these, he has a better grip and its a lot better to hold while playing. The big plus is that it comes in 2, so I didnt have to buy another one. I really dont have anything else to say, but great buy!

I was skeptical at first after reading mixed reviews... BUT these are so worth the buy. First the color matching is ridiculously accurate. I figured with a third party maker it would be slightly off... i was 100% wrong. Both colors are spot on to the joycons. They are a nice and comfortable controller and the L/R buttons work perfectly! These are great for people with big hands such as myself. Makes the whole idea of a joycon collection more fun and desirable. I am definitely going to get the red and blue ones soon!
