I had some doubts about this backpack but decided to give it a try. I ended up liking it quite a lot! There are plenty of pockets and they are great for keeping personal belongings organized. The straps are comfortable. The materials are pretty solid. I cannot wait to travel with it again.

Update: After posting this review, the sellers reached out to me unprompted to offer me a refund. Though my experience gives me pause about quality, they stood behind their product long after official return period. I have to give them credit for this unexpected better outcome. Original review: I bought this for travel. I didn’t pack anything crazy in it, yet in the first day of use just arriving at the airport, the seam around the top zipper pulled apart in 10 mins of use. This exposed the lid and all the bag’s contents to rain & weather from the top down including my laptop. It has gotten worse since then. I would’ve returned it except I was on a multi-month trip & was impossible by time I returned. Beyond that being untreated canvas there’s no protection from the elements. I completely regret buying this even on sale. It was a total waste of money.

Just received this pack. I am impressed with the quality and I like the fact that you can backpack it or use it as a duffle. As I use it, if there is any issues I will update this review. DISCLOSURE: I got this on sale during PRIME DAYS so I did not pay full price.

Love the backpack, great storage, lots of pockets, just doesn’t last. Took it on my third trip and it ripped before I got on the plane. The other 2 trips were weekend trips. So bumbed.

Bag is quite heavy, you can get the same durability for much more light-weight in other bags. I also dont like how this bag has no structure at all. It collapses on the ground standing by itself.

The bag is great it even came with dirty socks and berkendocks

I love love love this bag. The quality and durability is great. It is very roomy and is perfect for when I need to travel for a few days . If you travel a lot, I would highly recommend this for a step down from a suitcase or as your carry on item.

This backpack was a great purchase! It has SO MANY pockets! The one at the base is great for shoes. Even a laptop sleeve inside and a bunch of compartments for pretty much anything you could need. The fabric and stitching is sturdy - I had this thing stuffed to the gills and it held up. The handles are very durable with the canvas and leather, and all the straps are adjustable and comfortable.

Sad to say the inside zipper broke while packing for the first trip. Seems that the sewing job never secured where the zipper is. It’s a big bag and I like the organization compartments. Just disappointed and now a little worried it won’t hold up to many trips.
