> 3 dayThis umbrella works great for sun protection. Material is very good. I havent use it on a rainy day yet. But I am sure itll work, the only thing is that is an open umbrella, not like those that you get to be a little more covered.

> 3 dayThis sun protection umbrella creates great shade. I took this to Disneyland and used it on a hot day. It really helped protect my skin and keep me cool.

> 3 dayIts great for sun protection and rain. I have to use an umbrella all year around for my photosensitive skin. I like that it keeps me a few degrees cooler under the suns direct rays (tested it out on a 90F, full sun - no clouds weekend). Its light weight and decent construction. You really need to air it out though because it has an glue fishy odor from the material used. Update November 2021: The inside is pink and after some use it started to look horribly dirty and oily and wont wash off. The velcro has worn away and wont stay wrapped. The spokes poked holes where the joints bend when closed. Their support website for their 12-month warranty is broken. It was nice while it lasted. I used it daily for sun protection.

> 3 dayWhen I initially received it, it felt like a sturdy and well-built umbrella. I use it about 10 minutes a day about four times a week when I go walking. Maybe used it once or twice for rain. After about six months, the frame showed rust at the joints. I barely used it for rain and made sure to dry it afterward. Also, tiny holes started appearing in the umbrella part. It still functioned great for blocking the sun. After about nine months, the top of the umbrella no longer opens. It is useless now. For a $25 umbrella, I expected it to last longer. It was good while it lasted, especially as a compact sun umbrella. Edit: update from 2 stars to 4 stars. Fixed the issue with it not opening up, by closing it all the way first until I heard a click, and then opening it again.

> 3 dayBuilt better than expected. Compact. Blocks everything. It would be nice to have a jumbo size but then it wouldn’t be compact. The struts look like they will handle wind well.
