THIS HAS A OPEN AND CLOSE BUTTON. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BIRD PATTERN ON THE UMBRELLA. MY MOTHER LOVES THIS WITH THE MATCHING BAG. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS TO ANYBODY WHO IS LOOKING FOR A QUALITY UMBRELLA WITH A GREAT BIRD DESIEGN. SHE HAS HAD ALOT OF COMMENTS ON BOTH THE UMBRELLA AND THE BAG. WHAT A GREAT SET!!!

> 3 dayThis is an absolutely beautiful umbrella, but during a heavy rain, the drips start almost immediately. This is a great block against the sun, but not terribly useless in precipitation harder than a drizzle.
