I spend tons of time on my ps vita slim but to play long time, its little tired on my hand to grip the vita. So I finally bought this. there is much better option i think (which is more expensive like more than three times!) I dont want to spend so much money since everything looks very similar. So I compromised to buy this. For the price there is no companion because it works what I need. it really give comfy to your hands. but I gave 4 star overall rating because its bulky and little wobbly. doesnt fit really tight. but its good when I am at home.

Helps for those long gaming sessions. Vita feels more comfortable to hold especially if you have large hands.

My wrists feel so much better! My wrists use to hurt during extended play sessions, this solved that issue. I like that they added a hole for the charging port too. Reviewers are exaggerating the console wiggle although there is a little, but seriously at not even 1/3rd the price of other products like this Im not complaining, I just put a couple piece of soft velcro inside the grip and the wiggle is gone. People seriously need to learn how to problem solve. The cut out for the charger and headphone jack is perfect, the grip is extremely comfortable to hold. Would purchase again. Love that it has a kick stand addition too, actually make a nice charging dock or if I want to connect my vita to the pc and play with a controller.

Close, but no. Even with the locking mechanism, it still manages to wiggle a bit when playing certain motion control games. However, it does feel really good in the hands. The wiggling isn’t something that you’ll notice a lot either unless you shake it violently. I recently played god of war with this grip and I felt like a god tbh! So it’s really not as bad as you would think. One other issue is after long sessions of gaming, when taking off the grip, i notice there are marks on the vita. You see I have a white ps vita, and these marks become very noticeable upon inspection of my vita. The good news is they do come off but if you ever decide to keep this on for a long time, you may be surprised if the marks it leaves on your vita become permanent cosmetic damages. I’m someone who likes to keep my things clean and in pristine condition so I clean it often. To avoid this from becoming a big problem, I suggest taking the grip off your vita periodically to clean the system. You can do this with a microfiber cloth that’s a tiny little bit wet to clean the marks. All in all it’s a great purchase with some drawbacks.

The only thing I dont like about this is the build quality. Cheaply made. But still works. It kind of scratches my PS Vita a little, but no big deal.

I read all the english reviews but only one review in Spanish actually mentioned that this does NOT have a perfect form fit with the Vita Slim 2000. It teeter totters back and forth as you press buttons on each side. Very shoddy build. Bends easily. Since the sides are not gripping, only the top center and bottom center are gripped, this will probably only get worse with time. The only way I can make this feel snug is by sticking little rubber nubby feet inside for extra cushion.

The product did what it was supposed to in the comfort department, but it fell off my couch once and doesn’t fit my Ps Vita anymore. I guess in this instance “you get what you paid for” fits for this accessory sadly.
