Her friend want one now as well. And it has the first 3 games and some small time waster games. This is her favorite present Ive bought her. Next Im gonna get her the Mario Bros unit.

Ok I grew up with Nintendo game and watch and this product with all the awesome games and features should be perfect right? WRONG is just too small…i can barely see the screen! Is about half the size of my thumb. Nintendo make your devices a bit bigger for your American buyers!

Bought for my kids on an airplane ride. When it arrived I thought, whoa, it’s so tiny! But the graphics are such high quality that it doesn’t matter (easy to see) and the small size is a bonus for travel. Same game I played as a kid. I’m going to get the Mario one for travel.

This includes: -The Game and Watch -A paper stand. -A short USB Charging cable with no charging block. The device is smaller than I expected. The Stand looks nicer and is sturdier than Id expect for paper/cardstock, but I wish it was metal or plastic. The Device feels a little like the original Nintendo Controller to the hand. The screen looks fantastic. Theres 1 charge port for USB C, and a power button on the side. Once the device is powered, you have a few options: -Clock -Games -Settings. Clock: The clock displays scenes from the original Zelda, with Link (the main character) running around killing enemies. You can use the D pad and a or b button to take control of Link on this screen, which otherwise displays the time. Game: The first 3 8-bit Zelda games are included here, including their Japanese and English release versions ( (a surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one). Zelda 2s English and American releases have some interesting difference, and this is a great way to re-experience the game with some different mechanics and graphics. Each game is the original release, so Links Awakening is the monocrome/grey colors, and not like the Gameboy Color or Advance. Each game has 3 save slots, just like the originals. The Japanese/English versions of each game count as different games- so if you save your game in the English version, you cannot restore and resume it in the japanese version of the same game. Theres a Zelda Watch mini game, where you hit moles with a hammer by moving left or right. Finally, there is a timed challenge. You select a stage (determines background and the enemies that spawn), an a duration (1 to 16 minutes). You then play as Link from Zelda 2 and kill as many respawning monsters as possible before time runs out. High score is retained. Settings: The settings adjust sounds or visual settings, or set the clock. Note, each game/screen has its own volume level. I loved this, as I found the ticking sound of the clock to be annoying, and was able to mute it, without having to unmute when I play the games and want to hear the games music. Battery: The battery lasts for several hours of game play, and charges fairly quickly. The problem is, in watch mode, you also get only a few hours. I was hoping to use this as my rooms clock, but it needs to stay on a charger or dies, and the cable it came with isnt really designed for that sort of setup. Final thoughts: Overall, Im super happy with it. It looks better and does more than I expected. I wish there was a low battery use version that could run it as a clock for long term. Pros: 3 original Zeldas, English and Japanese Versions. 2 Mini Games 1 Cool looking clock with a nice looking stand. Options are linked to the clocks or games, so you can adjust them each differently. Cons: Stand is card stock Battery doesnt last long enough for this to be a useful display clock. Charger is very short in length, and has no charge block.
