> 24 hourUPDATE This company has e-mailed me 16 times in the last two weeks offering me Amazon gift cards of increasing value to delete my honest and accurate review. I replied with a list of concrete improvements they can make to their flawed product design but they ignored my reply and went back to harassing me with e-mails - offering me more gift cards. IMO, this is extremely unethical and raises doubts about the entire Amazon rating system. If they improve the design of their product, I will revisit my review and update it accordingly. Until then, my review stands as-is. ORIGINAL REVIEW Im going to jump right into the major problem Ive encountered with this tool holder and the solutions Ive come up with to counter them. Upon installation, this tool holder didnt work for about half of my tools. The hooks didnt hold them in place or Id have to put them in a certain configuration for them to stay put. Even then, if I slightly bumped the rack or the tool, or removed an adjacent tool, one or more of the tools would either fall or chatter out of the rack. This can be dangerous with some of the sharper tools such as hoes or shovels. The hooks use leverage and friction to hold the tools. The leverage comes from the angle of the hook relative to the axis of the tool handle. The friction comes from the sticky rubber/foam coating on the hooks. This works great for tools that have thick or rough handles. It didnt work so well for my tools with slick finishes or with powder-coated metal handles. These tools either immediately slid out of the hooks or would chatter their way out if even slightly bumped. Here are some possible solutions: 1) Bend the hooks to close them to get a better grip on the handles. 2) Use sandpaper to rough-up the finish on your tool handles. I had to use a wood rasp for some of my wood handles to get a rough enough surface to create friction for the hooks to grab. 3) Add a ring of painters tape around the handle at the point where you want the hook to grab. Some people have complained about the little plastic pins not staying in the rack. Heres my solution: 1) Use a hammer or mallet to tap the pins into place. It is almost impossible to get the pins to snap into place by hand. Ive only had this rack installed for a couple of days. Ill see if my solutions work going forward, but I suspect this rack will annoy me enough that I will replace it with a more robust solution sometime in the future.

> 24 hourI came across this amazing product randomly while looking for garage storage. I was not aware of something as versatile as this exists in the market. The package came with different sized hooks suitable for different sized items. I installed these in so called dead spaces where I cannot put the shelving or any other kind of storage setup to hang different kind of items to Maximize storage capacity of my garage. To speak about the quality of the product, they came with different hanging hardware suitable for different wall structures and weight bearing and the hooks themselves seemed like high quality. I was dumb enough to use the electric screwdriver to screw in the plastic screws and break them. So please don’t make that mistake. Use a manual screwdriver to screw in the plastic screws on drywalls and it goes smoothly with out taking much effort. Another plus about this item is the plastic screws/hangers are very sturdy and take good amount of weight which is why I was able to install them where ever I want without depending on the need to find a stud. I did hang ladder, wreath box, shovels using these hooks so far. I am including a picture of one of the hanger setup for your reference. To conclude it, I would say this is a hidden gem to complete garage organization for those of you who just came across this product.

> 24 hourIve been on a cleaning and organizational kick since Ive been stuck at home quarantining. I think Ive organized pretty much every corner of my house. Once I was done in the house, I decided to move outside to the garages. We have so much stuff in our 3rd car garage that we cant even put a car in there. My son has a smaller car and desperately wants to stop parking in the driveway. I think hes just lazy and getting tired of having to move his car when someone needs to leave. LOL!! Anyway, he helped me pull everything out, clean the entire garage and purge what we didnt need. As we were putting the stuff back in, I realized that there was alot of unutilized wall space that we could hang items on to get stuff off the floor. I purchased a set of hooks, but they werent big enough or as heavy duty as they said they were. My neighbor has this brand of hooks and highly recommended them. Im glad I listened, because these were exactly what I needed. The different sizes made it easy to find the right size for all of the items I needed to hang. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy these were to install. Our garage is not finished, so these were screwed right into the studs. For the heavier items that I had, I used a slightly longer screw, just to ensure it wouldnt pull out of the wall and fall on the car. I really like the quality of the hooks and how strong they are. They say theyre heavy duty and they truly are. My son decided to check how heavy duty they were by doing a pull up on one of them. Hes only 110 pounds, but that baby held strong and didnt bend or pull out of the wall. You can tell how well made they are just by the feel of them. The PVC coating on them is also heavy duty. Ive put stuff of them and accidentally dragged it on the hook when I took it off and the coating didnt rip or crack. Others that Ive had in the past are all roughed up or cut, but these are holding up wonderfully so far. I ended up using all of them and my garage has never been cleaner. We can finally get my sons car back into the garage.

> 24 hourI have all the regular tools that everyone has for their yard. Nothing special or super out of the ordinary that would prevent me from organizing them in one space. But until I purchased this organizer they were strewn about the garage and in various parts of the yard or the storage shed. This organizing set has pegs and hooks, which can hold more than the weight of any of the tools that I have. The hooks and pegs are coated so they dont mar your tool handles and the rack system is minimal against the wall, which is something that I really like. Now I know that this system is meant to be linked together but I didnt do that with mine. I placed 2 of the 16 inch rails on one corner and 2 on the other corner of my garage. It utilized space that was kind of wasted and for me ended up perfect for what I wanted. If you need some organization in your garage tool area, I would recommend these. The price is right and the quality is there.

> 24 hourWe have a very large garage with almost no built in storage. We ordered this organizer without really considering how big 64 is. Its big. More than 5 feet. We have plenty of space for it, but we were still a bit surprised when we saw it up on the wall. So be aware of that. But once the shock wore off, weve been very happy to have all the storage. There are so many hooks. We havent filled even half of it yet and weve already put up everything we bought it for. But hey, its never a bad thing to have extra space. Im sure well fill it eventually. Installation was quick and easy. Screw into studs if you can because mops and brooms arent that heavy, but they add up and you dont want this thing to rip out of the drywall. Especially if its near your car. Hooks seem to hold well so far. Was a little worried about that because of how its designed, but I havent noticed anything slipping. In short, its a nice organizer and relatively cheap. But decide if you really need 64 worth of storage and if not, find a smaller one. But if you want a big one, this is a good choice.

> 24 hourPut a couple sets of this up in my garage, works very well. Not real sure on how heavy of items I would hang from this, but shovels, extension cords, camping chairs, etc. all work fine. The mount portion is all plastic and not the strongest youve ever held. It isnt real easy to put up, the screws it comes with arent great, but they do work as long as you get it right the first time. They strip very easily. Also isnt hard to put a few of these in a line. The kit is set up to have one long line or mount each piece individually. The plastic hooks have only been good for extension cords for me, just has to be something small to hang from them. Overall, not a bad item to help organize your garage, but there are better systems, just more expensive.

> 24 hourMy wife recently had her own amish built she-shed delivered for garden and lawn items ( and allowed me to have my work workshop in the garage). She wanted to purchase some shed wall organization hooks and shelving for storing most of her tools with either short or long handles. This set of 4 bars gives us so many options to choose from when installing on the wall. Each of the long pieces has 2 holes or an adapter that allows you to install each one separately or combine with another long piece. The rubber coated swivel hooks grab the shovel or broom handles and then gravity holds the tool in place. You can create a variety of holders by using the hooks or L shaped pegs that can hold the tools with leather or corded hoops on their handles.
