It’s a nice watch however the charge time is bad and it’s kinda hard to set up. Once it’s figured out it’s not bad. I don’t like the look of the Fitbit or Apple Watch so I tried this but they are way more easy to use etc

Nach drei Wochen intensivem Training unter verschiedenen Bedingungen, muss ich leider sagen, das diese Smartwatch nur bedingt tauglich ist. Der Handgelenksensor ist nicht zu gebrauchen und enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie. Dabei berücksichtigte ich die Tatsache, dass ein Handgelenksensor niemals so genau wie ein Brustgurt ist. Der Sensor hier ist nicht nur ungenau, sondern reagiert sobald man etwas schwitzt, mit absolut ungenauen und nicht nachvollziehbaren Pulsmessdaten. Ich hatte bereits Pulsuhren mit Handgelenkmessung, die waren wenigstens als Anhaltspunkt nützlich. Dies trifft auf die Garmin Instinct leider überhaupt nicht zu.

La batería (desconectando el pulsómetro, podómetro y seguimiento de actividad y de sueño) -solo activo el pulsómetro cuando voy a entrenar-, aunque ponga que dura 15 días, me ha durado mucho más.

After a year of use, dead battery. Won’t hold charge for more than a day.
