Garmin 010-02445-00 Forerunner 745, GPS Running Watch, Detailed Training Stats and On-Device Workouts, Essential Smartwatch Functions, Black

I’ve had the Garmin 910 XT for several years and it’s been great - but it’s huge by watch standards. My wife gifted me this upgrade to the 745 and it’s fantastic. In the last month I’ve used it for strength workout tracking, treadmill runs, pool swims, outdoor & indoor runs, and snowshoeing. Great accuracy and fast GPS acquisition. Love being able to configure multiple watch faces and workout metrics via iPhone app. Fitness level tracking and several other health metrics a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

The capabilities of the watch are awesome and accurate. Its a great watch for runners and active people in general.

I absolutely love the forerunner 745. The battery life is outstanding. I often go 3-5 days without charging it. I enjoy the media functionality and the ability to download songs straight from my deezer or Spotify accounts has been great, allowing me not to carry my phone while I run or lift. As a swimmer, the lap tracking is accurate, however, I do find the automatic pace tracking to be quiet a bit off but I mostly use it to keep track of my heart rate and for total yardage. The UI is very pleasant to use once you get to know the device and it is packed with functionality!

Been through a few watches to track our walking and running (Fitbit, Samsung, Apple, Ticwatch. Garmin seems to be the most accurate and has integration with Strava.

Overall awesome watch! very sleek and has a ton of information, every stat you could ask for is ready at your finger tips. Good motivation to keep you moving through out the day love how everything syncs so easily (text, phone, notices, Stava runs then MMP picks it up also) you end up getting hooked on it pretty quick. the GPS lock in pretty fast (in in the country a bit and my previous watch sometimes couldnt get the signal on a cloudy day. Fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it but like all things you need to give yourself a few weeks to get used to it. I have to admit I though the pairing with the ear phones would have been a super huge advantage but it tends to drop that connection a bit too easily and I hate having to stop a run to resync (if you dont have your air pod case then it just no music for you!) it may have been just user inexperience...

Easy to use. Holds charge well. Has many features for training and monitoring basic health vitals.

One of the value product from Garmin, in-terms of Battery life, it’s little long lasting compared to other smart watches and sleep tracking you feel it’s quite accurate . Overall it’s a good one to buy for people crazy about sports smart watch!!
