I love this product however, rubber bands are not the way to strap a $100+ piece of equipment to a bike.

Finally, Garmin has a mount that actually fit my D-shape seat post on my S-Works Roubaux. Previous versions were close, but did not fit, so if I hit a bump in the road, my Varia would usually have to be turned a little to get back into position. In the years I have mounted some Garmin products with their O-rings, they’ve never failed, although I wish their was a more secure system. I change out out the O-rings annually.

I cannot fathom why this is $28. Garmin should price these at $10. I mean after all its a piece of engineered plastic with a rubber insert and band.

Works fine. Needed extra mounts for my Varia radar on other bikes.
