Once the clip is attached, detaching it is such an onerous task. You need to take it down to change batteries. I felt it is almost impossible to detach without breaking it apart by pulling so hard on the latch. Also the spring is not hard enough to secure the unit on the belt, this could be very dangerous for difficult hiking trails and in fast movements. Suggest considering other models.

this works with garmin dog collar remotes, the clip gets in the way of the charging port and i had to remove some of the plastic so i can charge without removing.

Both Amazon and Garmins web site state that this is compatible with their Alpha 200i handheld devices.

If you look at the picture of the item, there is a tab near the bottom. That tab clicks into a corresponding female slot on the remote. In order to remove the remote from the holster, you need to lift the tab out of the slot. This is not obvious once the remote is in the holster.

Excellent product. I use it to secure the GPS while riding my motorcycle.

Producto original de Garmin, se engancha perfectamente al GPS (etrex 30) y lleva una pequeña pestaña para que no se suelte. La pinza fuerte y segura. Recomendable si buscas este tipo de clip.

Es muy practico y deberia de llevarlo sin ser accesorio ya que sin el o te lo metes en un bolsillo o lo llevas en la mano
