The original Garmin watch charger clip lasted about a year when one of the four “teeth” that fits into your watch recessed into the charger and no longer allowed all four teeth to come into contact. I spent extra to buy a Garmin replacement for around $25 instead of going generic. The replacement lasted about 18 months before the same thing happened. I will buy the $9 for two generic replacements now because it can’t be worse than this.

I used this to charge a Forerunner 235 without any problems. It is always a great idea to keep at least 1 or 2 spares around in a travel bag or around the car.
