This is the 3rd Garmin GPS/ Echomap unit we have purchased, but this is by far THE BIGGEST & BEST we have owned! This unit is basically a good buy and satisfactory. My complaint is that the manual is far too general. It fails to give instructions in enough detail so the user is left to spend lots of wasted time trying to sort things out. To this point I was happier with my Lowrance elite ti

This Chartplotter does exactly what I wanted. Great bottom readings and the 9 screen is easy to see. Only drawback for me is the transducer cable was too short. If it were 3 longer it would have worked so I bought an extension cable.
