Bought this for my Garmin Forerunner 310xt. It works great, the watch doesnt move when I hit bumps. My only complaint is that the grip is kinda bulky. If your looking for a way to mount your watch or heart rate monitor to your bike handle bars this will do the job.

As a triathlete, this is a must have for the bike. It is a perfect fit on my handlebars to hold my Garmin 310XT in place where I can see it. Much better than having the Garmin on your wrist while riding. Easy to remove the Garmin from the mount and switch it to my wrist for the run.

I didnt use it, so i cant tell anything about. I found that the product is not very useful because I use the watch in my arm.
