Garmin Rino 755t, Rugged Handheld 2-Way Radio/GPS Navigator with Camera and Preloaded TOPO Mapping

Purchased two units...charged them--the battery life was weak--didnt last two full days on either unit. Purchased new batteries AND upgraded the software with Garmin Express--and they cannot be charged at all on either the new batteries or the old. Im guessing this is an issue with the units because theres a lot on the Garmin website about how to handle batter issues. Id understand having a defective battery/software maybe on one unit...but on both units? No way.

There are no good instructions, I am no tech geek. My husband and I purchased to replace our old rino’s The one with the funky charging clip that kept get lost or broken and Garmin quite making. The 755t still has a proprietary charger, not a standard usb. It is advertised as being sunlight readable and that is not working for me. You tube doesn’t even have god instruction videos. It is not intuitive to move between the functions. I wish I could charge my old rhino

Wow, I really thought this would be a great idea to have! Cannot connect at all to blue tooth, keeps telling me to connect and my phone says it is and the screen will not go away. Instructions are useless, I am not a tech moron and can build a web site and create HTML yet these Garmin products seem to be over thought and complicated. Not happy at all and I will NEVER buy another Garmin device ever again! ***UPDATE: 2 weeks later and I have yet to get a refund from Amazon! This is the WORST experience EVER with Garmin and Amazon. BUYER BEWARE!

Outstanding device. Took some time to learn how to maneuver it but well worth the effort. It has opened up new areas in the wilderness without the fear of getting lost. Also very nice being able to keep in contact with your hunting buddy’s and navigating to they’re location without any talking. Love it!n.

This should be an awesome device, however the software is horrible and despite trying to obtain support from Garmin, my device (bought brand new) would not update. All you get when trying to register / update your device is a message Please wait while we finish setting up your device - which will last as long as you are willing to wait - in my case 5 attempts and about 10 to 15 minutes each time after installing and re-installing Garmin express software as recommended by Garmin support. Just horrible.

I have had many Garmin products in the past. I love their Fenix watch series and have grown quite used to their software for managing devices.
