I didnt expect for the computer to come in a sealed Gateway box with all of its components including the laptop case and mouse inside. This arrived like a brand new computer. This was a great purchase and after using it for 2 weeks, so far so good!

I bought this laptop for my son for Christmas open and turned on and the screen never went past the gateway screen he was very disappointed tried everything to get it to work have to return

My step daughter bought this for my gf which is her mother and she absolutely loves it

Other than the battery being permanently built in this laptop is the best you are going to find under $250

Was hesitant to buy this since seller wont answer questions. Just set it up and seems to be running good. Needed a back up lap top while mine is being repaired. Looks like it will do what I need it to do. Fair price for what I received.
