I didnt expect for the computer to come in a sealed Gateway box with all of its components including the laptop case and mouse inside. This arrived like a brand new computer. This was a great purchase and after using it for 2 weeks, so far so good!

iIt has barely ANY good storage and the charger that comes with it is terrible my father has been having to fix it tape it take apart the cord to fix it

I love this laptop. It’s lightweight and just the right size. Very comfortable to use and processing speed are great. Had an issue with the free mouse but it was easily replaced by seller. Strongly recommend
