It did work great. Then at 4 months just died, no longer connects to my echo 2nd gens. Replaced with a Lutron plug.

This product is garbage. I didnt have an issue connecting it to my echo but the damn plug stopped working after the third day of use. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

Very easy to set up and it works flawlessly.

This dimmer works great with incandescent bulbs, but I wanted to use it with a string of LED bulbs. When plugged in to this dimmer the LEDs would never fully turn off! When the switch was off, the LEDs would still glow faintly.

I bought this device with the intention of being able to remotely dim two table lamps on either side of my living room couch, but didnt realize only one outlet is ZigBee controlled, while the other is a straight-through always-on outlet. I wound up buying a similar device by Enbrighten that does state both outlets are ZigBee controlled and dimmable (albeit not independently). Something else to note is that this device (and my replacement by Enbrighten) are both rebranded JASCO units, who is also a name brand in this market.

Works as expected. Would be good to have proper instructions for pairing with Echo Plus, but once I figured it out, it works well.

Followed the install but the APP does not work and the update will not install. wasted time and money. I will try to return and get something else.
