Product was fine but the electrical wire was about 1/3 the length that I was replacing.

ADT security system. Wrong part.

This fit my ADT touchpad perfectly and resolved the backup power errors I was getting.

Same battery used in my Honeywell home security base/panel. Except, my security system provider wanted $8.00 more for their battery and a $25 service call to replace.

I had to return this product as the Low Batttery warning did not go away after installing this battery.

Fit and replaced the original perfectly.

Received the battery, plugged it in and it was dead. Figured, maybe it would charge while on grid power. Nope security panel still showing dead battery. Im glad it wasnt too expensive will need to find a supplier who will actually send a good battery.

It has been working now for 3 days. It fixed my error problems.
