I dont know why these crystals are shown as specific to people born under the Zodiac sign of Capricorn. If you are into crystals, crystal empowerment and enhancements, you or the person to whom you gift this set will welcome having them, either for display or for using them for their purported purpose. They are even large enough that pieces can be broken off to make pendants or just a smaller crystal to carry in a pocket or purse. The stones are pretty clear as can be seen in the tiger eye closeup.
