Greater than one weekUseful tool, no need to clip on a ground wire just touch a bare body part or fastener. The point is a bit fat and clumsy, it could do with a real fine needle point or a proper wire gripper/piercer like a test probe to cleanly penetrate the wire insulation without damaging the wire.

> 3 dayI really like this tester but it doesnt replace a traditional test light. It is extremely sensitive and will alert even if there is only slight voltage present in the system. I like having this in my pocket for times when I need to do a quick test to see if there is power. It also helps that this is safe for computer circuits. I also love the Camco 63928 Quickee Circuit Tester because it uses an incandescent bulb (traditional test light). Sometimes it is necessary to place a small draw on your circuit and observe what happens next.

Greater than one weekAwesome tool, I work on a lot of heavy equipment(24Volt) and this works well, I can check an entire fuse block in the time it would take me to setup my mutimeter.
