Genuine Bryant/Carrier GAPBBCAR2420/GAPCCCAR2420 Air Filter

Have no idea whether its doing any better than any other filter...

I really never see it. I give it to my HVAC people and they install, no charge. Seems to do the job

This is an OEM filter for my Carrier air handler. It works.

Tried to purchase this filter locally from my dealer but they wanted a service charge just to bring it to the house. Picked this one up here and saved $50 in the process. This is an exact replacement for my filter and dropped right in. How did I know I needed a new filter? Well, besides the replace filter notice on the touch screen all the time, it was becoming obvious that the overall airflow through the system was low as the actual A/C unit couldnt push enough air through the house to keep it cool in the hottest part of the day. That and I noticed there was very little airflow in my office. OK, OK, so I should replace that filter a little more often than I did. Lesson learned!

This filter is much more sturdy and thick than the cheaper ones. They are made and recommended by carrier. They have more structure on them including a rubberized gasket type thing that helps to secure the filter to the AC

The Carrier AC/HA filer was too wide by 3/5, thus it didnt fit.I sent it back and thank you for my refund.

I needed a replacement unit. This item fit the bill.

So much cheaper than buying through the AC company...a must!!
