The color cartridge has caused the printer to jam thus I must buy a new printer as the cost to repair is the price of a new printer. I wish to return the unopened black cartridge and the empty color cartridge for a refund. Please advise how to complete the return? Thank You. Joanne Smith [email protected]

I received defaulted ink cartridges. I made the attempt to contact support however I was unsuccessful with speaking to a live person.

I think the quality of this item is poor. I have not been able to get a good quality print from this item. I will not purchase this from Amazon again. Will return buying these items from Canon.

The price is comparable to most stores, tried to find a sale...but I’m happy with quality

It only copied 80 pages before saying low ink. Other xl inks purchased copied 500 pages for the same price.
