The old power adapter was fitting loose in the laptop causing the battery to run down. This new unit fits tight. Problem solved.

Bought this to replace a bad power supply for my sons Dell AIO computer. It is half the price here than what Dell is charging and it works perfectly. What more can you ask for?

Always had problems with the power cord that came with my Dell originally. I bought this after the old cord began to fray. This one is perfect. It fits in the computer better than the one that came with the laptop. Not easy to find one specific to my laptop so glad to find one at a good price.

I kept leaving my charger at the office. No more late night visits to pick it up one for home one for office

...the neighbor was nice and brought it to my house. This is exactly like the original! I needed an extra charger for use in a different part of the house or for work travel.

The power supply connector does not properly fit. We still have to hold it in place to get a good charge on the lap top... WTF Its says Dell and doesnt fit properly... Dont waste your money on this one.

The back of the power supply does not say Dell it just says adapter

Could not find one of these locally dell is very fussy cannot use a universal one
