Wait, it WAS made to go there, and any 2004-2011 base model MT Subies, and likely more years, they don’t change the design on these much. The clutch pedal cover arrived quickly and installed easily.

Works well enough I forgot I put a new one on. If you need a brake pedal cover for a 95 Subaru Legacy GT - this is an excellent stock replacement.
