I purchased the GermGuardian and replacement filters bc my daughter bought it for her house. I have not replaced the filters as of this date. However, the filter appears to be easy to install.

Easy, clean, lightweight!

Back in October 2019, my partner was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer so we had to do everything HUMANLY possible to keep this dust under wraps. WE WERE IN THIS PRE COVID. so when covid came we already had everything before the craze. Truth be told we have 3 cats and at the time a dog. BELLA our dog got canine lymphoma 6 months before my partners diagnosis so they were both going thru chemo AS I SAID we have 5 and a few ionics. A little pricey since it has to be changed every 8 months or so... I hope buying the original pays off for the air quality but since we cannot measure, how to be sure?

Every time I change the filter, I am surprised at how much dust is trapped on the filter instead of being inhaled by me and my family members. My Germguardian device is fully compatible with this filter. Were subscribed and get them monthly (4 units in the house). One thing is puzzling me though. Why the bundle packs give worse price per item than ordering a single filter?!
