> 24 hourIt was a pain to get them connected because you have to figure out the app from the company but they work great!

> 24 hourThese work well with Alexa but you have to get a different app to program them and are cumbersome to make work with Amazon Echo 8

> 24 hourThese were purchased for my inlaws who are in their 60s. They love using them with their Alexa we got them as well. It makes it easy for them to turn on lights with out having to struggle to get up. The initial set up was done by my wife, not techy at all, and took her around 15 minutes to set up three of them.

> 24 hourThe product works well. My only issue is the initialization and WiFi pairing. The instructions are confusing. However, the alternate mode to pair it via WiFi works and allows normal operation.

> 24 hourUsed it for my planted aquarium. Setup isnt as straight forward as youd think. However once working it changed my aquarium plant game. Great price and does the job.

> 24 hourAlexa turns the light off, however, I have to turn this plug on then turn the light on myself. This is a royal pain in the neck! I do not recommend this smart plug!

> 24 hourMy past plugs had me use Smart Life as the app to control them. They were no longer available so I purchased these, they work with smart life. wish they worked with 5 ghz but they only work with 2.4 ghz.

> 24 hourI do like the smaller size. I have several others that are the rectangular type and they do take up a lot of space. These were pretty easy to set up and work well. The only problem I have had is that its been difficult to name them with Alexa, dont seem to want to change the names easily for her to understand. So I now have a bedroom that is labeled as office because I couldnt get a name change to go through. May try again but its working for now. I would still try these again as I was able to set them up easily. (had another brand that I gave the entire box away because NONE of them would set up to the internet)

> 24 hourThese devices are a great convenience, but I cant figure out the instructions. Installing it with SmartHome was easy. Then Amazon said to install the Gosund app to use the routines in the Alexa app, but that stopped it working with SmartHome and Alexa. Those apps appear to be incompatible. The second one I installed just with SmartHome works fine after telling Alexa to install the routine for sunset. I started over on the first one resetting and using SmartHome, but the sunset routine in the Alexa app still wont recognize it (error on connect - no idea why) even though SamrtHome and AlexaDot do fully work. Since it also remembered the name I gave it earlier, perhaps it remembered something else, but I dont see a reset to factory. The on line instructions for the routines didnt work as well as asking for the Gosund app that I now know is not needed. Asking Alexa to install the sunset routine I wanted before opening the Alexa app did, except for the first plug exposed to Gosund. I shouldnt need a masters degree in IT to activate a plug. Gosund demanded setting up an account for China to spy on me I suppose.
