Ghost Controls Premium Wireless Keypad for Automatic Gate Openers - Model AXWK

I have been installing the competitors gate systems for years and am amazed at Ghost systems , easy to install easy to program and the best part is customer service actually answers the phone, This product is Great . I am purchasing another full system .

1 week in. Not sure if this keypad needs to be broken in but seem to not be sensitive to touch, need to be pressed straight on and with decent amount of pressure. Ill already had a couple phone calls of people not being able to enter.

Pairs up with the Ghost Controls Opener and works great! Easy-to-follow instructions make it easy.

Installed this at our main gate for friends to access our place. Easy install, but tricky programming, as opposed to their fobs. Really happy with our Ghost Controls automatic opener.

Really like this control box and keypad! The buttons have a nice cushy feel to them. The pad lights up when you push the buttons. Case box is strong and waterproof. Lots of great features on the pad. My installer said he had no trouble programming it. Worked first time right off! NOTE: The overhead solar motion light in my pic is not included with the Ghost Controls Keypad. I added that later to illuminate the pad at night.

The product itself was easy to install and use. Although I had a problem a little over a year from the date of purchase. These things happen. But then I spent two months calling and leaving messages. Every week or so and never hit a call back from tech support. Finally I left a message with sales and when they called I missed it visiting my mother during these covid times. I called back right away. That was two weeks ago. No response. So my take on it is that the products are good. But do not expect any after sales support. You are in your own.

The key pads work great. Follow the instructions and they pair easily with the main system.

Easy install and not too difficult to program. Works great with my Ghost Controls opener.
