If you are not familiar with the product itself I am amazed as they are some of the most popular on the market. They work phenomenally. Dry them after cleaning after each use and dip the blade in mineral oil to get many more uses out of them. The thin blades rust and dull easily otherwise. They work well if you are willing to spend the money
