I ordered red and black and I got a gray with black. Lock style is also different. Not happy

Our luggage came locked and we couldnt open it.

I thought this bag was great... It was very pretty. It has only been one year and the wheels are literally falling off. To top that, theres no contact information to see if the thing has a warranty... I am very disappointed and would like to speak with the manufacturer about this!!

I purchased the green luggage with neon yellow zipper but it did not come that way. I still like it and decided to keep it anyways. Have not used it yet.

This product is garbage and the warranty is lame. I used this for one airplane trip and it’s all scratched up and the wheel broke right off. I am assuming the wheel broke because they are huge and stick way out. The warranty part is garbage. We asked how to get it fixed....they will send me a wheel and I can try to install it or they will send me a code to purchase another suitcase at a discount???? Why would I won’t to buy another one I literally just bought this.

I wish this would last longer! Was great until the handle got stuck. They say to contact them if less than two years but there is no contact information to be found. Save your money and buy something else.

The wheel broke by the time I went to claim luggage the first time used.

For the price you probably can buy a name brand high quality carry-on luggage. This one is just a regular one made of ABS plastic. It looks smaller than other standard carry-on, partly because of four rather big wheels. They are good when rolling on the ground, but bad when you need to put it in the overhead bin.

We dont travel often, but we needed a nice set of luggage for a trip we were planning. On the trip, the luggage handlers knocked off one of the feet, so now we have two screws hanging out because the black foot piece is gone. We thought at the time that this was because, quite frankly, airport personnel doesnt really care about how they treat luggage. But then, on our last trip, the same thing happened with the larger suitcase. The luggage is still usable, but it just looks horrible!
