Product was just like the picture in the ad. As far as durability is concern it still an open question. Only one trip with the luggage and it held up good, but still need more trips to give it a five star. Took 24 and 28 on a trip to Japan and with all the walking around with the luggage and the train rides, it held up great

I have to destroy the key pad on the big luggage. The keypad wasn’t working.

For the most part, they are great! Light weight, durable outer shell, but inside lining separates from walls with little force. So be careful.

I was drawn to this set because of the unique wine color choice. Its not something you see often, so it should be easier to identify your luggage at baggage claim. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the set. Youre really getting a good deal. Each piece comes with a bonus dust cover. Ive purchased much more expensive luggage and have never seen a custom dust cover for a piece of luggage. Each piece has TSA-Approved locks to keep your possessions protected. The exteriors are durable and are scratch and dent resistant. There are expansion zippers to maximize packing space. The wheels roll smoothly with no drag. I only wish that the handles were a bit thicker. Other than that, I highly recommend this set. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. Durable, Lightweight, Great Buy.

The zipper broke while walking in the airport. The bag just split opened which I never experienced before or heard of. I didnt have to push down hard to close when I packed since it was a carry-on and I wanted to make sure the bag was not very fat. I wanted to make sure it fit into the overhead compartment without much effort. It was very embarrassing when the personal items came out of the bags not to mention irritating and disappointing of the bag quality. I purchased in October, used it in November and this was the second time using the bag. The handle is already wobbly also. Ugh! Pay few extra dollars and get a better one. I paid not much for it and that is what I got. A cheapie! I shudder to think what if I checked this bag in.
