The refills are fine the Toothbrush stopped working after three months. I went and purchased a sonicare instead.

This experience was great

The bristles are very soft and still very soft after 6 months of usage twice a day. Compared to the hard bristle toothbrush you can get at walmart for $1 each, the latter sometimes can hurt your gums cuz of hardness. Would recommend it for those who want to spend a little more on toothbrush.
