I had no idea there was a remote when I bought them which was a fun surprise. I thought they were just the plug in lights for my room. THere are multiple settings on them and they last forever (I turn them on every night for a few hours). They are plenty bright but a great transition lighting from day to bed time. I highly recommend because its a great bang for your buck.

I bought this for a party we were having in our backyard. As you can see in the photo it was still light outside and the string lights were still strong. With the control you can set the lights to flash and other settings as well. You can also connect another set of string lights to the main set.

I wish the first mode was to stay on with no blinking or anything. Every time I turn them on I have to circulate to a normal mode. But they’re pretty durable and cute

Overall these are great lights. They smell awful coming out of the packaging though.. like, absolutely awful. I strung them in my classroom and thankfully its big enough so that it was able to air out without stinking up the room, but I strung some up in my office at home which is much smaller and it still smells in there. The remotes arent working, either. I changed the batteries and everything but its not even lighting up when I press the button.. kind of a bummer because Id like to use it. since the plug is behind a big desk.

I’ve bought these twice and the first time, they were perfect! But the second string I bought doesn’t have a remote or the memory function so every time I turn them on, they flash instead of a steady light.

The lights themselves look really nice. But they discontinued the remote control and use a button on the plug now. The button doesnt have an off setting, it just cycles through the different light patterns. Unfortunately its all but useless as a nursery night light when I have to physically plug them in each time to use them (with a newborn in my arms). Bought a similar product that had a remote and didnt read the details to realize that this product was not the same.

I was pleasantly surprised with how bright and warm these lights were. Just make sure you have nothing blocking the way from the remote to the receiver, because the signal is pretty finicky.

Do not buy, I haven’t even had these for a year and the lights aren’t working! Also the plastic bulbs keep falling off. The remote doesn’t work either unless I’m right by plug... what’s the point. Also no directions on how to set up timer. I wish I could get my money back

Loved the diffusion of the bulbs, but product had two dead LEDs on arrival.
