GLOVEWORKS Industrial Black Nitrile Gloves

I use them for manipulating all sorts of foods, especially when preparing meats for the grill. Dry rubs with these become easier, cleaner, and quicker. These gloves keep my hands clean and the food safe.

Cost of the gloves seems a little high but the quality is excellent.

These work great and do as intended. I would only suggest they use a little bigger box to pack them in. I try to pull out one or 2 and about 10-15 come out. Once Im well into the box its fine though. I know its kind of a silly thing to complain about packaging but it does have a little importance.

These gloves did not rip while putting them on. So many of the blue, cheaper gloves do. They also did not rip while handling a deer. Using their chart, I ordered the x-large. I knew they would be too baggy but are actually the proper size (a tiny bit snug). Use the measuring instructions before ordering. These are good.

The material is thin, flexible and comfortable. No resistance when making a fist. Great for mechanic work or dirty jobs like oil changes. Cons: Difficult to remove for reuse. A little pricey. Details: Im 511, 67 years old with hands that hurt wearing gloves that are too tight or inflexible. My hands are not huge but they are big enough to need size 2XL work gloves. If your hand comes close to my hand size you will like these gloves for dirty jobs that require some precision. I also like the Tusko gloves described below but for jobs that require less precision. My hand dimensions: 7.5 Wrist Circumference using a tape measure. 3 - Width of wrist using a ruler. 8.5 Hand Circumference measured with a tape measure where the fingers meet the hand. 3 5/8 - Width of hand using a ruler measured where the fingers meet the hand. 7 5/8 - Distance from base of palm to tip of middle finger using a ruler. My fingers are medium thickness. When gloves were cheaper I would simply throw them away after use. But ever since covid, the cost of nitrile gloves has tripled and availablity is restricted. So now to remove and reuse the black nitrile gloves I take a hair dryer with a tapered tip and insert it into the glove then turn the hair dryer on full blast with cold or warm air. Not hot air. Once my fingers separate from the glove, I slowly and gently remove my hand so the glove doesnt rip. Then I hang the gloves to fully dry inside. I have been buying a regular brand thru a large home improvement chain and they were OK but seemed to be thin and easily torn. These are definitely thicker (5 mil vs 3mil) and seem to fair better. Only thing is that the large that I normally wear, seems to be tight in this brand. Could be due to the thicker material not stretching as easily. A little cheaper also.

XXL size fits my oversized hands, very tough. I use in wood shop and working on old car. Havent had one break on me yet

But I don’t tear very easy. Have even been able to use them two and three times.
