I rarely buy my music performance or production products from Amazon, but I have found great cable products from GLS. From great guitar cables to this PA speaker cable, I have had tremendous success with GLS cables. The 50 cable was needed to not run a 30 cable diagonally across our practice room floor. I bought the GLS because 50 cables from music suppliers are outrageously priced and are constructed of thinner gauge materials. This cable is well made and sounds great through my PA system. I will continue to buy GLS cables

We chose the 12 AWG because we wanted to run wires overhead (longer distance) for our mains in our rehearsal space. They look and feel substantial. We could immediately notice the difference in sound quality compared to our older, smaller gauge cables.

I bought these because people said that they dont buzz. They buzz so loud you can hear the buzz even when you turn the volume down on the speakers. Its like theres a bad connection with the wires or something.

Really wanted this one for connecting my Marshall JCM 800 to my Marshall 1960BX cabinet since it was 12 AWG gauge wire - most are 16 AWG which have less current handling capability. i.e. more loss through IR drop across the cable. Works great and has very heavy duty construction.

Works great so far. It is a very thick gauge.mmI also have the 3-ft version which has worked well for several years.
