This works well and is easy for me to see. Very accurate, and you can carry it anywhere.

The product works great and is very easy to use. I made the mistake of thinking it measures (digitally) in Fraction of 32nd’s instead of MM and Inches and kept assuming the measurements were off. I contacted customer service and they responded very promptly and were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this product.

When your dealer or repair shop recommend you replace your tires have you ever wondered if they really need replacing? This handy little tread depth guage tells you exactly how much tread you have left. No guessing. Measure for yourself and then decide if you need to spend that money right now. You can Google “tire tread depth” and get the tread depth specs associated with your type of tire. No more using a penny or a nickel or other inaccurate methods. I like it.

It measures fine, a little hard to read in dim lighting because it has no backlight, but theres one thing I didnt like about it. Any slight touch to the depth needle, and it turned the gauge back on. Which means you cant carry it in your coat or shirt pocket, or youll kill the battery. The on/off button works, but its pointless if the needle keeps switching it back on.

This digital gauge only measures in mm or decimals, it does not measure in the standard 32nds of an inch (ie; 9/32, 5/32, etc. You would need to convert to 32nds. In the US we measure tire wear in 32nds. This is not what I want. Quality is apparently good but its being returned.
