Im really happy with this case. This was originally a $50 case, but part of the benefit of buying an older gen phone is now you can get that $50 case for $10. It feels better quality than even an otter box. The print is beautiful, detailed, and hi res, and wraps all the way on the sides on the hard part of the case (theres a separate inner soft rubbery part then the hard plastic snaps on top). The plastic has a nice feel, a nice matte thats smooth and enjoyable without feeling super slippery. You can easily access the fingerprint reader and active sides. The buttons are very easy to press but still protected. The case feels very sturdy and I am confident it will protect my phone from drops (I havent dropped it yet, if I do and something notable happens Ill update my review). Theres a little bit of a lip around the front to protect the screen from coming into contact with a surface, but its fairly minimal. Enough to work, but not enough to be bulky. Speaking of bulk, its a good compromise between protection and bulkiness. One thing to be aware of is its not easy to get the phone back out, so make sure you have your sim card in first. Also, if you use the companion app, you need a code from inside the case to activate the app, so be sure to get that before putting it on. (The app is very neat, by the way.)

Ive dropped my phone so many times since Ive bought this, and my phone is still as good as new. Plus the colors on this case are just so vibrant and pretty. Im satisfied :)

Really love my google phone and this case works perfect.

I end up with both cases and as you can see theres a little difference on the pictures, however both of them look pretty good and are made of a resistant material. I love it!!

I have seen a few people comment that this is not a real Google case. This case does work with the Google Live app so it does seem to be genuine. After only a few months, this case has multiple chips in it where the design has worn off. Structurally, the case is still very much intact, but I would expect greater durability of the graphics for a case that costs >30$s. My friend has the same style case for her phone and has had it for much longer, but she has virtually no chips. I may have gotten a faulty case or perhaps I have dropped it one too many times. In the end, the case has protected my phone well, but the aesthetics are not lasting.

This phone case is super cool and sturdy. My previous case for my pixel 2 was the fabric one, which I liked but it got kind of gross and dirty and finally the side buttons broke off. The Earth case was too expensive originally ($50?!), but at a $10 pricepoint, its really great! I dont use the liveapps wallpaper because I have a personal wallpaper, but I tried it and that also seems like a neat bonus feature.

Much better fit compared to other brands. It does not interfere with the squeeze function of the phone

Love the look and the feel in my hand. I have dropped my phone twice since I got it and it totally protected my phone and also the case is still perfect! I did not use the live case app because Im a control freak and dont want someone picking my wallpaper for me each day. It sounds like a good idea, but there are plenty of wallpapers available that look great with the case. When l got it l felt like l had a new phone!
