It’s a nice set but do not use them on any type of compacted gravel court. One toss and the paint was scratching off. Only use them on a nice soft lawn. I don’t know how well they would hold up at the beach but I think they will probably scratch pretty easily there as well.

I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of this set. I have purchased a set, at a similar price point before and the balls were not nearly as nice. This is a great purchase for the backyard or beach. We had a nice time playing on Christmas day.

Good quality bocce set, heavy balls and packs up neatly and is easily portable

I ordered this to play as a family game at Christmas. It came exactly as described and we are very pleased with the set. Looking forward to continuing to play it as weather permits. Like others have mentioned, keep the internal case to keep everything neat in the bag it comes with. The really great thing about this set is that it also comes with the measuring line which definitely comes in handy. No arguments with the measuring line!

like the balls a lot, great weight and size... only draw back, they get impact discoloration from playing at the beach

Such a fun game and super high quality balls and tote bag. We’ve played on soft grass, rocky uneven grass, sand...and it’s still holding up. I suggest keep the inside cardboard box to support the canvas bag for storing and carrying.
