Came exactly as it was described. Was able to use a balloon machine to quickly inflate them. Would most definitely buy again if needed. This is definitely a good buy.

These balloons are good if you just want something to spruce up your own party, they are NOT professional grade balloons! The stand was very flimsy but easy to put together! The decorative paper was so pretty! It worked for what I needed!

These balloons were prefect (color , size and quantity) . However You will need a helium tank.

They were only blown up for maybe ten minutes before they started to pop

It didnt have string/attachment. You have to get your own. (Receive it the night before the event no fault of Amazon.) I tape the banner to the wall.

They did not hold air nor helium. I ended up having to get more from Walmart.
