Made lotions with it. Very potent... More potent then I was expecting, my husband will no longer blindly trust me and test my lotions, but thats fair that last lotion was probably 213% menthol

I tried mixing a half teaspoon of this after dissolving in water into a large bottle of shampoo. Was trying to go for a stronger tingle feeling than other menthol shampoos. Wow! Dont do that. You will get the tingle all right. Youll wash it right off, its that strong even diluted. My scalp felt great but suddenly I had the strong taste of menthol in my mouth. Then felt a strange sensation in my finger tips. If you plan to do what I did, take just one crystal and dont use so much.

Product was fresh but packaging could have been better.

I cannot go through allergy season without this item. When my sinuses are swollen and/or blocked, I boil some water and then melt some of these crystals in it. Then I put a towel over my head and inhale as much steam and scent that I can handle. Sometimes I have to remove the towel a little bit to get some air. I keep lots of tissues on hand as my nose starts running a lot. It also makes me spit out any phlegm that I have in my throat. When my nose stops running, I know that I am done and I feel a whole lot better. My nasal passages are clear and so is my throat.

These crystals are great! I use them in candle warmers when Im having sinus issues. No problems with packaging/shipping. Will order again.
