As expected

This was probably the easiest plumbing project I have done. Removal and replacement was effortless.

This is the link you need for the hose to connect to the facuet. Easy to install and just need to hear the click when you install it and you are done.

We had a small leak as the existing coupler developed a crack. It was good to know that one size fits all Grohe Faucets. Very easy to remove old one and install new.

I’ve been experiencing water pressure and flow issues with my Alira faucet. First I replaced the cartridge. That didn’t fix the issue. Next I flushed the water lines. That didn’t fix it. Finally I replaced the yellow quick coupling. That did the trick. I have strong water pressure again. Super easy to install. Glad I was able to find this part on Amazon.

As many have noted, mine failed after about 6 years of use, completely unexpectedly and without a trigger. While the replacement was simple to install (took about 30 seconds, without tools just using hand-tightening), the fact this part routinely fails after 6ish years is pretty upsetting (especially at the cost). If nothing else, this part failing finally caused me to buy and install a water-leak detector to help identify the next time this thing fails.
