GroVia Reusable Cloth Diapering Wipes, 12 Count

18-11-2024I started out making my own cloth wipes out of old t-shirts. These were fine, but stains are tough to get out of t-shirt fabric. Then I picked up a used wipes warmer and starting using that to easily store and grab wipes. You can fold them in a way that one pulls the next one out, just like disposable wipes. The t-shirt ones were tough to pull out. I received the Fuzzi Bunz Wonder Wipes as a gift and these were good in the wipes warmer. Stains came off easily in the wash (I throw them in with my dirty diapers). To add to my fancy wipes collection, I bought the Grovia Wipes because they were a better price than the Fuzzi Bunz. In my experience so far, the Grovia Wipes are definitely my favorites because: --They pull out of the wipes warmer the easiest --They do not curl up after washing (like the Fuzzi Bunz) --The material is the softest when damp --My favorite feature is that they are soft whether I put them in the dryer or dry them in the sun; unlike both the Fuzzi Bunz and t-shirt wipes that come away from the clothesline stiff. For those of you who are searching for a great wipe to use in the wipes warmer, I would recommend this one. Get 2 or 3 packs and you are all set. Also, if you want to avoid musty wipes, the real solution is getting quality wipes that you can wash often (like Grovia) and keeping only a days worth of wipes in the warmer. Instead of adding oils or special soaps, only put the amount of wipes you use in one day (8-10), if you dont use them, put them in the dirty diaper bag and wash anyway. Each morning, I fold them up and then run the whole stack under the tap to just dampen, and then put the stack in the warmer. No complicated soap concoctions. If you are bathing your baby often, water is all you need in a wipe. *update: my child is now 1.5 yrs old and these wipes are still going strong! Now we just keep them in a pile and wet them with a water bottle when needed. I cant believe how well these have held up, I dont even use the fuzzi bunz wipes anymore. **Another update: Ive had these wipes for three years and am now using them for our second child. They are still white, stink-free, and my go-to wipes. Ive updated my rating to 5 stars. This is by far the best baby product I have used in these last three years.

> 3 dayYou cant find better wipes for the price. My favorite wipes of all time are the Thirsties Fab wipes, but with Grovia you get twice the wipes for the same price. These are absorbent, pretty soft, and wash well, but Ive had minor issues with staining (though thats to be expected - they are wipes, after all). These are a great choice if you plan to exclusively use cloth wipes.

Greater than one weekVery soft and absorbent. I didnt think I would like the size at first because they have to be folded in half to fit in a standard size wipe container but the size is actually a benefit because you dont usually need more than one per changing. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a reusable wipe. Its much easier to use a reusable wipe with cloth diapers than a disposable wipe because you dont have to worry about a separating a dirty wipe to dispose of from the diaper since the reusable wipe can just get tossed in the wash with the diaper. Cheaper and more environmentally friendly! A win win.

> 3 daySoft, high quality wipes. I use these as wash cloths too as they are 100x better than those cheap super thin baby washcloths.

Greater than one weekThese are wonderful. SO MUCH BETTER THAN DISPOSABLE WIPES. They are about the size of a small washcloth. They are super soft but have enough texture to get the job done. The only reason I didnt give them five stars is because they stain a bit...but then, I would expect any product created for the purpose of cleaning poop to stain a bit. I have some BumGenius flannel wipes (similar size, different material and texture) that dont seem to stain though, so I figure maybe there is some room for improvement.

Greater than one weekI use these for make-up removal and face washing. They are the perfect size, and so far very durable. I throw them in with my regular laundry and havent lost any softness or absorption. The price on Amazon fluctuates, but at the time I purchased they were much cheaper than any 12-count washcloths. Very happy with this purchase.
