11-06-2025Received product; only 1 RAM set worked, and was clocking in at only 25% of expected load. Other set caused the computer to not complete POST operation. Sent product for RMA via GSkill. Their engineers confirmed that the product had been tampered with that the product is no longer covered under warranty because there is evidence that the actual memory module under the heatspreader has been replaced with lesser capacity module.

After 6 *months* of trying to quash computer issues, replacing the power supply and the motherboard, it was narrowed down to this product. Only one stick of the pair can be installed at a time, and must be run at reduced speed to fuction at all.
