> 3 dayIve had problems with swollen gum for years and went through all kinds of treatments. I had deep cleaning with local anesthesia, every 3-month cleaning, using mouthwash, floss regularly, but it was still not efficient. I had a lot of bleeding and soreness with dental cleaning as my gum has been so inflamed. When I changed my insurance to Kaiser, my dental hygienist recommended this soft picks, and let me tell you, this is my life saver (or dental saver). I use it once a day before bedtime, followed by dental floss, then mouthwash and brushing. A 4-step dental care before I go to bed. My gum now is so healthy, the swelling is gone, very minimal bleeding and no soreness with cleaning in the office. I feel so good about this. It is the best dental health I have experienced in years. I can say enough about this product. Use it even if you dont have such bad gum problem like I did. Theyre not expensive, I bought 360 of them at a time and use a whole year. I dont wash and reuse them as some reviewers. Brush it between your teeth close to the gum line. Then use the regular floss to pick the area to narrow for the soft pick to get in. The antiseptic mouthwash is supposed to kill some germ, then I brush my teeth. That 4-step dental care every night has been the best I did to myself.

18-04-2025These little guys work great to clean between your teeth and they dont scratch them up and cause them to bleed.

> 3 dayBad gums and I have used an assortment of tools. I like the white fish bone picks, but they cut into the gums and make things worse. The green or white “guitar” picks are pretty good. Also- I like the Butler brushes, but using 4-5 a day gets expensive. These are my preferred tools, and I have some in my pocket, in the car, office, bedroom, home office. The little cases are convenient, but they don’t last forever. I’d rather the final 2 centimeters of these things were a bit stiffer, but not a deal breaker.
