It has essential oils too that are good for your oral health. It leaves your mouth feeling so refreshed. I like to add it to my water flosser. This is a staple! I have a bottle at work, at home, and in my gym bag. Its incredible! It has a wonderful flavor and leaves my mouth feeling exceptionally clean and balanced.

The taste could be better, but I put it in my water flosser & it saves money not throwing mouthwash in there. On the wall about trying the pulling oil next.
