After reading countless reviews I selected the GUS Special pill fob for my nitro pills. With something as important as heart medications you want the container to protect your meds and be as well constructed as possible. After inspecting the pill fob I credit GUS for superior quality machining ( subtractive manufacturing ) in their product. It was thoughtfully designed to carry your unopened glass vial your nitro medication ( .4 MG / 25 Tablet ) is dispensed in from your pharmacist. BE AWARE NITRO MEDICATION ( AS PER LABEL ON GLASS VIAL ) IS TO BE KEPT IN UNOPENED VIAL UNTIL NEEDED. Great job GUS ! Quality product made in the U.S.A !

Nice quality. I wore this around my neck on a stainless steel chain, and my nitro bottle stayed dry, even after getting splashed. I have to say that I did not submerge this completely, but it does have a gasket that would keep the inside dry. Worth mentioning - this is heavy if worn on a chain around your neck. I think it is intended to be a key chain, but it is possible to wear it on a chain. I also purchased a smaller GUS that could easily be worn around your neck, but the pharmacist told me that the pills should be left in their original glass container if at all possible, so I havent used that one yet.

This is the pill fob Ill never lose. Also, seems to be indestructible. A little on the heavy side, but what you get for that is capacity, and Ill bet it could be run over by a truck. I used to wear a smaller, lighter container on a chain around my neck.. With this one, its attached to my keychain,.. I use it for the tiny bottle of nitroglycerin tablets, fits perfectly inside. Theres a rubber grommet to seal the top to the base, quite well engineered.

I did IVF and had medicine I needed to take three times a day at specific times. It was really handy to have my pills in this carrier attached to my keys. I never forgot them!

Every few days the canister fob unscrews and falls apart spilling my pills on the ground.

This product is extremely well made. It has a heft that makes it clear that it cannot be bent, as it the case with aluminum containers. The threading is well polished and signifies excellent workmanship. I use it for my nitroglycerin bottle and it fits precisely. The only thing to note is that when I put the bottom of the bottle in first, the screw top of the bottle opened when I unscrewed the GUS. When I put the bottle in with the cap first, everything was perfect.
