I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. My boys are boxers and my daughter is a nurse. It helps everyone! This massage gun has been very useful for me. I run 30-40 miles a week, and always have some kind of ache in my legs. It could be my calf, my hamstring, quads, gluts, etc... I would first do my foam rolling which helps me identify sore points in my legs. Then I would use this massage gun to loosen these points. It has been very helpful for recovery and has definitely helped improved my running.

I have been diagnosed with tennis elbow and carpal tunnel. I was in excruciating pain for months! This thing actually works! I use it every few days for fear of the pain returning and I have yet to charge it. I have recommended it to several people because it works!! Thank you so much! Massages are really expensive but, this got rid of my pain after a few times of using it on the right pressure points.
