Hagen HG Fluval Rib Hose 14.5mm 106/107 and 206/207

Im giving the full 5 stars, because there is just nothing to deduct from this. It is OEM replacement tubing that is identical to what comes in the box with the original filter. If you are moving your filter to a different tank or repositioning your intake/output then this exactly what you need.

I was disappointed that these werent the hoes I was looking for. After I installed this new hose on my Fluval 204 it worked like it should have, awesome!

My only concern with these tubes is that they are opaque, so it will be hard to tell if they are gunking up. But, that said, they do not kink without extreme duress, and they can be easily trimmed to length if you buy the separate rubber adapters (the ones attached cannot be reused once you trim the tube - this is an easy place to improve the product, just include a length of plain tube and a pair of the adapters rather than having the attached adapters.)

I love this tubing. I use it on all my aquariums, whether its a Fluval canister or not. I have a Marineland canister filter that came with that thick, hard to use 3/4 PVC tubing, and I use the Fluval hose instead. Just use hose clamps to secure them.

This package only contains one hose even though the component its supposed to attach to has 2 points of connection, both an intake and output... You will need to purchase two of these ... they only come one hose per package.

Fits my Fluval 206 perfect to replace a hose I cut trying to put on an in-line heater that didnt work!

The hose had a crack in it when I opened it. I had to run to the pet store and buy one there to get my filter running again
